Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of Melart products that are exclusively sold on melart.com.mt. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange for the original purchase price. This applies both for local and international orders. International orders can only be exchanged at the extra delivery cost of the customer. Please contact Melart Customer Service at info@melart.com.mt to request a return authorization number (RMA).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD returns. Orders placed outside of the continental EU are not eligible for exchanges; only refunds will be issued. The original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. 

Shipping costs for returns will be at the customer’s expense through the carrier of choice. All RMA’s issued by Melart Customer Service will expire 30 days after issuance.

Please note that all outlet/clearance items are final sale; there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
